About the event
Please join us for our monthly ADHD parent support session! Come along for a cuppa and friendly chat with other parents on a similar journey.
We will be meeting in the morning on Wednesday February 26th from 9:30am to 11am. This month we have a special guest joining us Nina Vesic, Mindful Parenting Coach. Nina will be sharing some mindful tips and tools for creating a calmer household.
This session is accessible in person at Lakelands Library & Community Centre and online via zoom. Its the same session, just two ways you can attend.
*Please note children cannot be accommodated for at the library venue, please arrange alternative childcare or join us online instead*
