Research shows that when parents & care givers feel supported & confident in understanding their child's ADHD it can positively improve family relationships, reduce stress and improve the well-being of both parent & child.
Since our own well-being impacts greatly on our parenting ability, supporting parental well-being is of up most importance.
Our vision is to give parents and carer’s the opportunity to meet with others on a similar journey and provide education & support, thus taking away the isolation and negative feelings which impact ADHD families in our local community.
Our mission is to support, educate & guide parents by providing access to training workshops, monthly information sessions & other opportunities to connect with a supportive network of fellow ADHD parents on a similar journey.
